even with 14 vats hits queued on the torso with rank 3 of concetrated fire i still missed 3 times so. not to mention rifles can benefit from rank 3 of the sniper perk. 44 with a scope and over 150 range had a 10% chance on a torso hit from ~25 meters while plasma sniper rifle had 86 chance to hit the torso. so please no 'deliverer op in vats'ĮDIT/CONCLUSION: from my findings pistosl use SIGNIFICANTLY less ap than rifles, however their accuracy is atrocious past 20-30 meters even with scopes. i am NOT looking for legendarys that modify ap cost because im going to use a mod to craft relentless onto whatever gun fills the niche im looking for.
havent explored all the guns yet so wondering if anyone had opinions. 44 but wondering if any energy weapons might take the cake with upgrades etc. Looking for whatever gun in the game has high damage for a low ap cost.
